The Poppy Patch didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a need — a quiet, creative space to breathe during one of the hardest chapters of my life.

After the birth of my daughter, I found myself navigating postnatal depression. Making things with my hands became my anchor - and slowly, it gave me back myself.

What started as a personal outlet grew into something I wanted to share. The Poppy Patch is rooted here in Northern Ireland, where I make every piece by hand — gifts that I hope carry a little of that same warmth and intention into your home or the hands of someone you love.

Every item from The Poppy Patch is made by hand, one at a time. No shortcuts, no mass production — just honest making. I take pride in the craft, the detail, and the care that goes into each piece, whether it's a gift for a newborn, a wedding, a birthday, or simply because someone deserves something beautiful.
